7 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirement on any active bonus has not been completed.

8 Welcome Bonus

9 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing. Key points:
- Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

10 General Bonus Terms

Prohibited Activities & Account Closure Terms
12 Prohibited Conduct
